Computer networking and Ableton seminars

Today SAE Miami students had the opportunity to see two guest lectures. The first, a seminar held by Victor Colmenares, presented computer networking and it's applications for sound engineers in studio and live sound environments. Victor presented methods of connecting computers to transfer files between production systems and across computer platforms. In his demonstrations he used VMWare to run both PCss and Macs and demonstrate networking setups in both operating systems.
The second workshop is part 2 of our Ableton Live! seminars where DJ 4dee introduced students to his way of using the application in live DJing environments. In part 1 Mike Cupino showed the strengths of Ableton for production setups.
